Full timers going down to 37 hours
Some full timers went down to 37 hours a few months back in my office which meant they where on a higher hourly rate than the rest of the office, we have all now been put on the new rate on 37 and 32 hours yet they won't tell us if we will get back pay from when the first postie's went down to the new rate even cwu haven't got a clue .

how can a fulltime be part-time? what you mean is the working week is reduced for every office that had a revision!
