What does a chief executive office do?
Manages and directs the company toward its primary goals and objectives. Oversees employment decisions at the executive level of the company. Leads a team of executives to consider major decisions including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, or large-scale expansion.
As a manager, the CEO presides over the organization's day-to-day operations. The CEO is the person who is ultimately accountable for a company's business decisions, including those in operations, marketing, business development, finance, human resources, etc.
I know he'll look at this thread, or at least be shown it as per.
I have added a poll, personally, I feel that he has presided over the worst xmas in the history of the company, and his language and attitude on Workplace is something to behold as we have pointed out here with our RMCtv feature.
Remember, at the start of our RMCtv features, and with his presence on Workplace, he did not know how various functions worked, recruitment being one of them.
