Helllo,
My name is Joost Mainz and I bought a product online.
It was send via Royal Mail. The receiver address(mine) was wrong, so the item was Delivered to PO Box by National Return Centre.
my problem is that I do not know where the PO box is and unfortunately I also do not know where I can report about my problem.
It actually is uncertain to me where the item is at all because the item was "received" in Germany but 2 min later left the a prcessing Centre in Heathrow.

Who can I contact to get my problem solved ?
I also have read in another article that the packages that have been send to the National return centre will only be stored for 4 months and after that they will be dispatched. So it would be nice if i get a answer as fast as possible

The NRC is where items go if they can’t be delivered. If the sender didn’t put a return address on the outside of the parcel then it will end up there.
You should make a claim from the seller, it’s their fault so they should fix it. If you were in the UK then you would be entitled by law to a replacement or refund from the seller, not sure how it works when you are in a different country though.

Hello.
I sent a small package to Germany 3 weeks ago. It got returned to the UK. It seems it failed to be delivered at my address which was written on the package. The tracking status now shows it is Delivered to PO Box by National Return Centre. How can I get to my mail? Who do I need to speak to?
Please Help!

You need to complete a lost international mail form, either online or get a paper one from the Post Office.
