Hello, my parcel seems to be stuck at Birmingham MC. It’s showing as Item Received on the Tuesday 16th of November and it’s not changing since then.

It's probably stuck at the local DO but hasn't been scanned into the DO yet

I would contact the sender immediately there is something strange going on here.
