We have an age range , so we end up listening to Smooth FM, which has a fairly narrow playlist imho, but it`s a compromise and it`s better than nothing.

Question ? If Dom tells you to take everything out and you take loads back as you know its impossible . Does that maybe mean dom dosent have to report the mail not going not being delivered that day as it had left office ????? Strange things goin on

Possibly, but at the time the DOM says take everything out you should state something like 'I don't believe I'm going to be able to
complete duty in contracted hours with the amount of mail/parcels to deliver and if I take everything out as you have
instructed mail/parcels are likely to be brought back' - the ball is then is in DOM's court.

IIRC there's some phrase in the 'cutting off' procedure that says that the expectation is that if you take it out
you're going to deliver it, that's what the DOM is probably relying on ie if the s**t hits the fan - they'll say 'They never
said they couldn't do it'.

I had an age verification and a doorstep photo today.
The excitement was overwhelming.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Today I felt a little bit like Tom Cruise in Impossible Mission... Not a hope of completing everything, had to prioritise Tracked over everything else towards the end to just get back on time. Tomorrow will be fun putting those mail bundles back into the frame along with the non-Tracked parcels, before I touch Thursday's mail. :cuppa

I would have thought that the DOM would have you put todays mail to one side and focus on Thursday's mail on Thursday. AFAIK mail can only fail once, so if it doesn't go out again, it's not classed as a failure

Just deliver the mail you've already tied up, and leave those streets in the frame tomorrow, in fact don't even bother prepping it until friday
