We are fully aware there are issues with some revisions which have gone in across the UK.
We are 100% committed to resolving all outstanding issues.
In the next few days, members can help in two ways.
1. If your revision has genuinely major issues then please let us know via the following link. It’s a simple form. We will gather all responses then ask our representatives and Royal Mail to pick up the issues raised. We will also report back to you on the progress of this.
https://www.cwu.org/revision-feedback-form/
2. We will be holding a specific Q&A on Revisions on Monday at 5pm. Mark Baulch and Terry Pullinger will take your questions. Please spread the word on this.
The best way to get your specific issues across will be via the form above but as always, we will make sure the live Q&A tackles every major issue.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

How many will actually see this? Barely anyone in my office will and I'd bet our rep knows nothing about it.

Pointless, we voted 90% against our revision as we knew it would be dire, union overrode that and overrode local rep and signed it off, pah n tish to helping RM or CWU to to sort it

"SOME" revisions?! Is there a single one that hasn't been a complete clusterf**k?
"Here's an extra 1.5 hours worth of delivery, and an hour less in which to do it" is the main one you muppet.

Our HCT rounds are mental, over every day. Just seen some new lass walking back to the office at 6 pm. This is unsustainable.
Worst thing is everyone moans, but do the D2D in their own time and then run round like mad people hoping to finish on time. They then snipe at the couple of people leaving mail that they are "taking the piss." Postie mentality at its finest. No wonder the job is ruined

Re: CWU : We are fully aware there are issues with some revisions which have gone in across the UK.
Terry's attitude in his video waffle was pretty much that the problems were due to posties being reluctant to change. I hope that this will be a worthwhile interest by CWU HQ, and not just an attempt to fob everyone off like Terry seemed to do. The whole situation is a disgrace and should be publicised before the press get on the backs of "lazy posties" failing to deliver Christmas.

Better be careful what you say about the CWU on FB, they shut you down so you can't criticise them. Terry doesn't like to be told he's doing a s**t job but he'll still take your sub money every week.

That Terry live session yesterday was a disgrace, almost as bad as some of the nonsense Simon has come out with recently.

Re: CWU : We are fully aware there are issues with some revisions which have gone in across the UK.
some revisions ? , they are deluded to what is actually happening in delivery offices and the s**t storm they have caused at the busyiest period of the year and all because our new ceo wanted all the revision railroaded in by October regardless what they are like just so he can tell the stock market everything is rosy
, and then pulliger has the cheek to say that some people arent happy about change and its a learning curve
, well its going to be an expensive learning curve when the company will get clobbered by offcom due to the massive drop in quality of service and failing of christmas ,and the CULTURE has got worse than it ever was due to these piss poor revisions , but never mind let them get on with it .

the reps knew it would fail before they started, but still allowed the revisions to happen.
