Re: RMSPS
No But I have managed to get hold of them via E-Mail, and they advised they will send me a statement at the end of the month
I due to retire next June
Never heard a great deal from Capita in recent times, so little worrying, as i think like many on here, you can never really make out what you entitled to re any information sent in the past

Re: RMSPS
This is what the RMSPS website says about 2021 statements:
https://www.royalmailsps.co.uk/faqs
The 2020 statement is available to download and print via the messages section of the RMSPS website, assuming you've registered.
The 2021 statement isn't on there yet but I'm assuming it will also be available in due course?
The RMSPS website is a bit crap and only seems to work on certain internet browsers, so you may have to try a few. Personally I've always found it works on Opera.

The above info isn't particularly clear, but I'm an active section C joint member and I got mine at the beginning of October.Your latest current value statement from the Royal Mail Statutory Pension Scheme (RMSPS) will be available soon. This year we will be sending current value statements between September and November.
If you are an active joint member, you will receive your statement at the end of September. If you are a deferred joint member or a Section B member, you will receive your statement at the end of October. If you are a Section C member, you will receive your statement at the end of November.

Re: RMSPS
So you will receive your pension statement detailing your pension increase from last April..... 8 months after you receive it and about 2 months after you can find out what the pension increase will be next April.
