Trolleys?

people still starting early in ours then shouting people to go on ips so they can get out earlier. some starting on time now have to do extra ips with no assistance on prepping their deliveries even though we now start later every day I've had to claim over an hours overtime each week so much for a shorter working week

and don't get me started on the new pads forever dimming so I struggle to see the damn thing

RE;Trolleys, what are we meant to do with the lwt if we do a block of flats? Are we meant to take the two bags off the trolley and carry them upstairs with us or just leave them and the lwt at the bottom of the stairs and take what we need with us. Ive asked several DOMS and never could get a straight answer

You're only allowed to leave the trolley unattended for a certain amount of time before you have to take the contents with you. Even we've seen the video on it in the past. It does make you wonder about the level of training for newer staff and managers in DOs if neither the newer staff or the DOMs don't know the mail security/integrity rules

It should never be planned that way.
