To be really clear our intention is to deploy all the revisions by the end of it. (OCT)
That's not changed, and we have made really good progress, really good progress so far, with more than 1,100 of 1,200 revisions we were planning to make, now being deployed, that's amazing, so we're in striking distance to get over the line, so we need that final push in the last week or so.

Now as a reminder, the aim of the revision is to provide everyone with a fair and equal workload in delivery, which I know from scrolling through Workplace myself, this is really important to everybody, and deploying these revisions provides people with the benefit of the shorter working week in their office, which again is really important to everybody, there is also something that it's a big sign, and it's really important that we do what we say we were going to do, the outside world is expecting us to deliver these revisions by the end of this month as part of our agreement with the trade unions so it's important that we deliver on this commitment.

I have noticed on our revision they have evened up the postman & driver loops, leaving no time for the driver to nip off & complete parcel delivery's

In fairness our revision has definitely evened up the workload. Every duty is now unachievable in the time we have. Many 2 hours too big. Insane.

yes they may get them in by Oct as they say , BUT the s**t will hit the fan onwards with massive failures nationally and also into christmas which imo is a piss poor service for the public ( our customers ) and the trust will be gone just like the

The revisions has really peed of the workforce who normally go the extra mile at mad christmas period , many wont as they have had enough of this farce joke of revisions.
