How have these planners been allowed to come in and f**k all the duties up!!!! Then asking posties to put them right again.

Duties too long, mail getting left every day, Christmas not even here yet.

Nothing new. They plan using a set of perfect world standards and anticipated workloads. In all the revisions performed when I was a employee, very few actually worked without tweaks and then further tweaks

It's an absolute disgrace what's going on and takes bullying to another level. People are physically and mentally drained. We have a number of people off with stress because of it. So much for mental awareness. Royal Mail should be ashamed.

They f****d ours up and we've managed to get most of the fittings nearly correct but doesn't alter the fact that duties are too long, plus this recent deluge of Amazon stuff has just been the icing on the cake I'm dreading Christmas even more than usual.

Noticed all the job & knock brigade have picked different walks, now they’ve had a couple of loops added, the green new starters scared to cut off & claim any O/T will be dropped with these now unachievable monster walks

I've been a postie for 30 years and every revision is a shower of s**t, but what I always say is this.

You can put as much on my duty as you like but I have a finish time and if I don't want to work over it doesn't go. Also it makes your job safe and no absorbing to do.

Do not be bullied speak to your manager about excess mail on a daily basis if it is too much to deliver in your time, preferably with a colleague or better still the union rep there to collaborate what was said if the manager decides at a later date that they didn't say to leave 2 loops or whatever was agreed at the time.
