The list of offices to have a full structural revision and those only to have a table top revision was agreed at a national level.tomtallis wrote: ↑08 Sep 2021, 20:14Sorry for the edit for brevity.the dragon wrote: ↑08 Sep 2021, 19:48the CWU, don't want to know and are pushing through with the structural revision. I'm so frustrated and pissed off with both RM and CWU![]()
So is the CWU the office rep? If so and they're going against the office, go over their head to area and blast them. A no confidence vote may have to be arranged.
The level of efficiency savings to be achieved was also agreed at national level.
Local reps probably have no power to change that. All they can do is try to get the best outcome they can for their members based on what they have to adhere to.

As I keep reminding irate colleagues local reps have also been failed by the union, don’t be too hard on them.Zicomurphy wrote: ↑08 Sep 2021, 20:58Local reps probably have no power to change that. My office had a top table revision & no changes have happened part from the 1 hour reduction 38 to 37 hours!
Since the beginning of the year half the office have lost the Amazon parcels, so some deliveries have got a few parcels while the deliveries still getting Amazon parcels are getting hammered.
The difference in workloads is unbelievable, few colleagues come back say 2-3 hours early then go out on L.A.T parcels & claim 4 hours overtime!

Phone a help line?? Hows that going to resolve somebody's mental health caused by excessive workload?
Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09
Royal Mail is an Equal Opportunities Employer..It discriminates against everybody.

Glad I’ve got a long weekend, what a horrible miserable moaning place Royal Mail has become, these rushed unmanageable revisions will just about finish our office off

Be interesting to know how many offices are yet to have a revision, all should be completed in what 3 weeks? Unless there is a miracle our office will no way be revision ready in 3 weeks.

It’s a sneak attack on the uso in my opinion. They want Saturday letters gone. It’s coming.Chelseablue wrote: ↑07 Oct 2021, 15:01Worst mess ive ever seen in rm , cannot believe this is allowed to happen to our company .
