blindmaninchains. I wish you luck in getting the job, but if you are fairly sedentray at the moment it might be worth getting fitter.An average postie walks upwards of 6 miles a day with bag weighing anything up to 16 kilos, and on average you would normally expect to deliver between 6 - 8 bags per day. As you can see it is a physical job but done right its very rewarding - good luck.
