Has the LEL changed?

I know the lower earnings limit was frozen some years ago to £3328 per year but has it changed again? If I look at my payslip and deduct pensions contribution pay from pay rate I get a figure of £304.50 which is £3654 per year.

Just found a 2019 post suggesting it was £3753 then....

CSDB pensionable pay
This is used to calculate benefits related to service on and after 1 April 2008.
It is equal to:
• Your basic pay at 1 April 2014 and subsequent increases that the Company deems to be pensionable,
• Plus (where appropriate) London weighting, assigned allowances, contributory allowances or other payments that the Company has stated to be pensionable in your terms and conditions,
• Minus, for members of Section C,
the indexed Lower Earnings Deduction applying. (For a full-time employee
this is £3,328 increased each April
with effect from 1 April 2014 by the increase in the Retail Prices Index for the 12 months up to the preceding September. Each annual increase is limited to 5%.)
