Unballoted industrial action: Inverclyde Delivery Office PA14-PA19
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Not yet, that's set for October.
The walk-out relates to two conduct cases (though you'll probably hear more about the first case whenever the local paper publishes its report from this morning) and the perceived failure to hold all employees to the same standard equally: (1) full timer sacked, (2) new member not sacked and later promoted to management.
It was every bit the mess I didn't want to see happen.
The machine stops.
