I'm due my first pension payments this month. I got my RM lump sum on my birthday and I understand that part of my pension is paid on 15th of month.
When should I get my Capita lump sum and what is the date when monthly payment is made ? Thanks

Re: Pension Pay Date
As far as I'm aware, pension payments are usually made on the last working day of the month.

Re: Pension Pay Date
You’re lucky you got your lump sum on your birthday it took 4 months before mine was paid. You should get your Capita LS shortly as one cant be paid without the other. Pension payments from both are paid on the last day of the month.

Re: Pension Pay Date
Did I read that you can have your pension paid quarterly rather than monthly as an option?
Can’t really see why you would do this, just wondering if it’s true and has anyone done it.

Re: Pension Pay Date
Both the RMSPS and RMPP websites say that quarterly pension payments can be made if you choose.

Re: Pension Pay Date
A customer on my old round had worked at RM for a few years and had a small pension. Which he took quarterly. Like you can't see any advantage.NorthernBoy wrote: ↑13 Aug 2021, 15:52Thought I had read that you could do this. I am struggling to see any benefits of doing this as it would be in arrears so you would be waiting for the money.

Re: Pension Pay Date
Perhaps if its a small amount having it quarterly makes it a decent amount in the one payment? Like others, I dont see the advantage
