Re: RMSPS pension website portal log in
I've just tried and get the same message as you after I've input my username.
It's fairly pointless site anyway, as it doesn't really tell you any more than your annual illustration does!

I emailed them about it on the 25th July and got a useless reply. It's like there is nothing behind the front page of the web site - just like Capita!

I've given up trying to look for my pension bits online.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

I had the same problem. It’s a browser issue. Download FireFox and use that to access the site. Worked for me.

This.
Worked for me also.
As someone said it doesn't tell you anything , and my age 60 estimate on that is higher than either my illustration or quote.
Though you can get a download version of your last illustration.

Re: RMSPS pension website portal log in
I've now tried a few different browsers and the only one it seems to work with is Firefox!
It includes all benefits up to 31st March 2012, so all NRA60 and the first 2 years of NRA65.As someone said it doesn't tell you anything , and my age 60 estimate on that is higher than either my illustration or quote.
Useful for anyone who loses their paper copy.Though you can get a download version of your last illustration.

Must also include the pension supplement as well then as my age 60 and 65 together fall well short of what it says on the portal.
