So should we expect two separate statements sometime in September same as last year?

Yes we'll be getting 2 statements this year and probably for the foreseeable future.

If I remember correctly last years arrived late September(RMSPS) and early October(RMPP).

CDC will be totally separate from the current schemes, so yes we will be getting another yearly illustration.
