You keep posting this and everyone says the same thing - go to your doctor as it sounds like you could have an undiagnosed health issue.
No underlying health issue.

I've been ok generally over the past months. Normal to be exhausted after walking 10 miles everyday. This week for some reason I am destroyed. Maybe the heat isn't helping. I never usually am so destroyed that I have to nap in the evening.

......Just had a thought - I did have the vaccine almost 2 weeks ago. Maybe it has caused this big change in my fatigue. I think it's supposed to take 2 to 3 weeks to take effect and your body to build up protection.

Like I say.... last week at work absolutely destroyed me physically. The worst fatigue and tiredness I have had whilst working for Royal Mail.

It won't be the vaccine. Could be Covid though, get a test.

Normal to be shattered after a day on delivery these days, but if you're much worse than usual see a doc!

Could be the vaccine and the hot and humid weather too?

Why wouldn't it potentially be the vaccine?

Feeling tired and feeling achy are 2 of the side effects.

I don't seem to be as physically destroyed so far this week as I did last week so hopefully this continues.

Side effects only last a week at most: www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid ... e-effects/

Glad you're back on form though. Probably just the demands of the job catching up with you for a while, often happens to me but I'm ok after a rest.

Indeed. Even for a Monday it was light. Sadly, had to do some D2Ds so it was still draining in this humidity.

Everyone's been down the beach rather then being at home online so no where near as many people ordering stuff online. Once it turns a little colder and wet later in the week, expect to get hammered with packets and Tracked Thursday, Friday and Saturday

Old fellow in his 70s said to me today "The next f**king time you post a f**king pizza menu through my f**king letterbox you'll be eating f**king hospital f**king food through a f**king straw you c**t" think he'd had to much sun? :whistle

That made me chuckle.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

In what must be a record I emptied a non priority post box today to find 2 letters and 6 Covid kits.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.
