Parcel marked delivered but not recieved

I have waited 2 months for a parcel delivery from overseas to see tracking has been marked as delivered at 08.42 on 17th, we were at home and it never came to my house so can only assume someone else has it. Can it be traced to the address it went to as I really want the parcel (furniture) and not a refund

It's possible that there might be a customs charge to pay. Keep an eye out for a grey card in the post, which you'll receive if there is a customs charge to pay

Yes, pop to the delivery office that delivered it (check opening times online) with your tracking number and ask them to trace it.
