Could someone tell me what this means please? Is there any more steps or is that the last one before it's delivered? it's an international tracked item to Portugal, and if it is the last step would it be delivered today as it's a bank holiday?

Doesn't sound like an entry I'd expect to see on Royal Mail's item tracking page, what's the tracking number?

Easter in Portugal is celebrated on 12 April so they will be working normally or as normally as possible with Covid and Brexit impacting international deliveries as they are,

What’s the difference between HWDC and the ILC, which I believe is next door? Do they do different tasks?
