I have no idea how to delete duplicate replies, sorry! I had no choice but to enter "delete"

Why not just write 1 reply and edit it if you feel the need to?

I did and every time I made the smallest edit for spelling or to correct figures, another of the same came up?

I always just click on the 'pencil icon' to edit a post, make any changes and then click submit. Never had a problem!

Just spotted my mistake thanks to your advice. It was late and I clicked on quote rather than edit, thanks.
Although I still can't see how to actually delete a post.

Look at the bottom of the pension forum index page, there is a list of permissions.

For some reason posts on the Pensions forum can't be deleted, but they can on others such as Shares and Blue Shirts.

One for the board admins!

They/you can't, I have just check with a normal account.
What exactly are you seeing, and screen shots if possible.
You can not delete posts anywhere, one exception is a post of your own if no one else has replied to it.
Fo example, you write a post and think for whatever reason you then delete it.

Yep, tried it in Blue shirts and I could delete, it is THIS forum that I cant, will look into it.
But there is no option to delete at the bottom anywhere.

On others, such as Blue Shirts & Shares and probably others it says:

Edit, it's changed now, you can delete your posts if needed.

I did not know that the extra permissions could be seen on that part of the forum.
Thought the wordings were all the same.
