Urgent!! delay with parcel

Hi

My parcel is very urgent to be delivered and it sit in Heathrow since 15th January.
If you can just scan it so it could be identified please it. At the moment is in limbo between Greek post office service and Royal Mail
Who should I contact to help me please??
It’s really urgent it was supposed to be delivered in one week

Customs choose random batches of mail for extra checks. Your parcel is probably in 1 of them batches.

Update: 5 January 2021
The Hellenic Post of Greece has advised that, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Greek Government has extended the general lockdown in place throughout Greece until the end of January 2021.

As result, delays can be expected during this period until further notice.
