Hello friends.
I'm a new starter (5months in) and I have been trying to find clarification on the pension contribution. I have had a quick look through the threads but cant find an answer so sorry if this has been covered already.
I am on a 30 hour contract yet, like most, work overtime every week. Is my pension contribution from me and RM limited to my 30 hour contract? Or do I get a contribution based on the hours I have done? I don't fully understand the way the information is set out on my payslip.
Grateful for any advice.

I think I have found an answer. Am I right that RM use basic wage plus overtime up to full time hours for the pension calculation?
