Hi, I bought something off ebay and paid £8.99 for next day delivery, but the seller said they had sent it out in a padded envelope with a 1st class large stamp, even though I paid the extra for the better postage !!
Is their any tracking or anything you get with a " first class large stamp"? So I can find out where it is?

No - £8.99 for p+p sounds to me like it should have been sent Special Delivery is trackable.
When it finally gets to you I'd take a photo of the packet before you open it showing the type of packaging and postage stamp/paid
and then if you can't resolve it through communication with the seller I'd raise some sort of claim against them through ebay
(don't know the exact procedure myself). Politely remind them you'll be giving feedback at some point!!

£8.99 is definitely an overcharge even a 1st class 1 KG parcel is only £7 through Royal Mail https://www.royalmail.com/sites/royalma ... 2021_0.pdf
