Any ideas? I parcel that I am waiting for was posted and received at Nottingham, then sent to Derby DO, flagged as mis-routed, sent back to Nottingham, then sent again to Derby and now back at Nottingham. So much for 48hr service, it was initially shipped 6 days ago and other than racking up the miles it has gone nowhere. Certainly not any closer to being delivered in Surrey than it was on Monday.
Tried the contact form (and they say 10 days for a response) which is atrocious customer service. Tried phoning and advised well over an hour waiting time. No wonder loads are moving to other carriers.

Re: Parcel in infinite loop
I work on scanning tracked items (Up north), in the morning. This tracking has all the hall signs of a misaddressed parcel. Check with the sender to make sure they have the correct address, and the correct Post Code.
There is no official instruction but when we get these we cross out the postcode, do a quick google search to try and locate the address then write on the post code, Despite this sometimes we get the same item back in the morning. When humans are involved mistakes can be made even with the best intentions.
You haven't mentioned your town or City but I am guessing its not Derby, or at least your address is not served by Derby DO.

As of 20 minutes ago it was scanned at Jubilee MC, so it's getting more in the right part of the country at least.
I'd have to defer to RM colleagues on here to confirm whether Jubilee serves Guildford?
