The revision will be based on a full timer minus the meal reliefs having 34 hours of work.
37 hours less 5 40-minute meal reliefs doesn't/shouldn't leave 34 hours available for work.

Wouldn't meal relief be naturally reduced if daily attendance goes under 7 hours as per the Way Forward agreement?

With long and shorts that's going to happen as we move towards a 35 hr week. Tuesday attendances are already close to 7 hrs in some offices.

Our meal relief is 30 minutes on a Tuesday since we moved to longs and shorts years ago

Thought the whole idea of being in a union was solidarity generally when workers act together in unison. Is this some new neo unionist shite from terry the strongest shall prevail and f**k the week nice union but it does correlate with what has happened in our time. Time will come they will come for the strong holds and the week will not be there or any ware as you through them under the bus at half time!

Sorry to be so blunt but LA's only work for the most senior. We've been told in the past that to make things more even and give everyone a shot at better shift times it will cost jobs. Local agreements should never heavily discriminate a section of the workforce simply to benefit another.

Your rep needs to make sure the days are planned at 7 hours 1 minute minimum each day to retain the 40 mins meal relief or you lose 10 mins
