well i'm puzzled how we are expected to vote either way on a deal when there's supposed to be more ideas/issues yet to be resolved which can be added later?
i get that the cwu hq feel that they're getting the best possible deal for us and would urge members to wait until the very last minute for a yes or no vote, which is possible if online voting is done as said,
but how on earth can they expect us to vote either way without telling us the exact deal with no add-ons later
we've waited a very long time already for this deal and we need to know 100% ,
yes we get a pay rise, but the 1hr off later is a white elephant because absolutely nothing changed in our workload dropping from 39 to 38,
i for 1 will hold off in the hope terry & dave at least tell us details about the further talks and if we can get a further vote on it.
1 thing i noticed watching the "live video for deliveries" is that they absolutley insist that sunday working will be voluntary and when asked what if there's not enough staff offering he could only answer some will always fancy sundays!
just be honest with us and say that eventually sundays will become part of a regular working week for quite a few of us
