hi new here
so im checking my tracking and it says my item is going from south midlands to northern ireland. newtownabbey apparently
why? i live in the east midlands

without a tracking number - or full tracking details its impossible to say. However Northern Ireland is where they check out items that have raised concerns, but that tracking wouldn't mention newton abbey. Apart from that it could be simple human error, or a misaddressed parcel.
