Will my package have arrived at customs or lost??
Last update was "item leaving overseas" on the 7th december, is it likely that it has reached langley and they have just been too busy so its not been scanned in yet? It's a pretty expensive package with stuff that I can't re order since they were limited... previous orders with this same company took just a couple days to arrive at langley.

Its possible that it is lost so I would make a claim.
However, Langley was very busy and had, and still has backlogs so there is a fair chance that it will turn up eventually.
