I've just turned 55 will I be able to take a 25% lump sum from my pension, I've 25 yrs service any rough idea how much I would be looking at. Cheers

You'll be able to take a lump sum and your pension relating to either your NRA60 or NRA65 benefits, or both!
You can't just take a lump sum, you have to take the pension aswell.

With so little info, it's virtually impossible to give a figure on how much you might get, so why not get in touch with both the RMSPS and the RMPP and get yourself some quotes.
