Re: Payrise
Part timers get 3 different pay rises in this agreement.
1. They will get 2.7% backdated to April 2020.
2. in April 2021 they will get 1% pay rise.
3. When their office introduces a revision to get the hour reduction they will receive a further pay rise of around 2.6%.

Re: Payrise
I would go for February but once we know the ballot time table add two weeks onto the end date and that's a very likely date for payment of arrears.CHUCKYPIG wrote: ↑23 Dec 2020, 16:01Sound as a pound. Re: Payrise
What if the 'revisions' turn out to be bad for RM, do we still get the hour off the working week.
What if they need more hours/staff.

Re: Payrise
PT staff will always get the same as FT otherwise it would be illegal. The 6.5% is misleading as it only really refers to PT staff. FT will get 2.7% + 1% then an hour off the week. This hour will put the hourly rate up (but no extra money) which will be picked up by PT staff who will stay on their existing hrs and get an effective additional 2.7'ish %. (1 hr divided by 36 hrs equivalent).CHUCKYPIG wrote: ↑23 Dec 2020, 12:45My mate just alerted me to this https://www.theguardian.com/business/20 ... ear%20deal.
Do part timers get the pay rise also?
And when will we see the backdated pay in our pay packets?
In terms of backpay that will depend on a yes vote and pay cutoffs so late Jan at the very earliest I suspect and more realistically Feb.

Re: Payrise
Pay rises are always gross as that will be consistent.....net isn't and will depend on individual circumstances (tax code, salary sacrifice etc).FirstPost wrote: ↑23 Dec 2020, 18:52is is calculated via gross or net pay?Martin Walsh wrote: ↑23 Dec 2020, 14:21Part timers get 3 different pay rises in this agreement.

Give a donkey a carrot bite your hand of for it with out asking questions??
We need more detail on this why is it not forthcoming?
Will the vote be a clear YES/ NO vote or will the Cabbage heads vote for anything?
Sounds like a Brexit deal no details only froth and arse squeaks or bubbles and fluctuance!

Could it possible for an office to introduce a revision and actually put more walks in to get the hour reduction and the further pay rise??
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.
