I'd be amazed if you keep those times. We've been after 7am for almost a decade now.

You failed to mention the strings that were attached to that 6% pay rise of course.

Sir Henry the words from the 4 pillars what triggered the second working week is

A further reduction of 1 hour in the working week to be introduced from 1st October 2019 , the funding formula for the hour will include a joint evaluation of inflation as of the 1st April 2019, any implementation of changes from the trials in section 14 , 15 of the agreement, ongoing efficiency and other operational and technological changes.

Annual revisions in delivery?

So a full office re-sign every year?

GBS any potential change to the USO will be in the pay round of 2022/ 2023 as it needs primary and secondary legislation.

So your comment about 1 percent is wrong as the SWW is the equivalent of 2.6 %.

Think the 1% in April 2022 is an insult quite frankly. All the other stuff can live with even the date for hour off working week not being set for everyone throughout country for April 2021

Sinba the actual wording is

Both parties fully commit to Annual revisions within the delivery function. The Criteria for determining the scale and scope of the activity necessary for each unit will be jointly established Nationally. It is not envisaged that significant change will be necessary on an annual basis in most units.

"Scan In/Out data will not be used for the automatic reduction of contractual pay or allowances based on data captured, or to reduce overtime pay where a (verbal) contract has been agreed with the manager prior to commencement..."

Does it mean that a "deal" can still be agreed regardless of worked time? On the other hand those who tend to finish early regularly can just clock out and leave?

GB all the economists predict that inflation will be less that 1 percent in April , plus we wanted the Shorter working week which is a pay rise for all part timers and for full timers there hourly rate goes up and there pay stays the same which will help further at the 2022/2023 pay rise.

Thank you Martin, so in short there were a few hoops to jump through for the sww to be instituted.
