Royal Mail
failing the workforce, failing the public and deliberately failing mail on a daily basis for too many years.

Bored of it now Terry , you’ve had long enough and stop comparing us to other companies that are losing jobs when we are busier than ever .

I still think these “talks” will break down after Christmas. If there is no agreement now then surely there must be unsolvable differences. And once Christmas is out the way Royal Mail won’t need our goodwill as much. Hope I’m wrong but it’s my best guess on the tiny bit of info we have been given so far.

So the 'standalone pay rise before Christmas' was BS before, looks like a lot more being discussed.

Can anyone explain how /why it#s taken 10 days to put things to the Postal Executive ? :hmmmm

More claptrap from the bag avoider and company partnership enabler.
Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09
Royal Mail is an Equal Opportunities Employer..It discriminates against everybody.

I couldn't make it through the whole 6 minutes. I only made it 3 minutes in and that was as much of my life that I was willing to lose listening to Pullinger.
Same old, same old from Pullinger. No wonder he had a smirk on his face throughout....... another week goes by and that's another £2,000+ he receives in recompense from our union dues.
He is not fit for purpose.

Can't even be asked to watch it as all his videos are the same. Let me guess, an update of an update. Amazing we've all worked so hard through this pandemic and people like him and Rm top bosses have been just staying at home safe mostly fully paid no problems. Thanks for the appreciation :pray

Get the four pillars agreement like we voted for
Anything else is separate
And while your at it ,getting another hour or two off delivery should mean less work ! Not the same work being pressured in less time !
The union are in a very unique situation, where people around us are losing jobs ,terms and conditions ,I’d say you and all your cronies are still on the mega high wage ,your out goings if anything are less ,so quit the bulls..t about other jobs as concentrate on what we pay you to do
Also this crap about getting Rico the sack ,sick of hearing it
He made a fool of you ,1 million for leaving and countless thousands of shares purchased at rock bottom prices which have rocketed In value .making the man a lot more rich on the backs of the people he ripped up the agreement on
