Can't see that happening, where will DOs get the staff to deliver them separately? You'd need at least one person to be taken off their walk to deliver all the ones larger than a shoebox. Their duty will then have to be lapsed so someone is going to have lapsing added to their duty. Also where will the van come from? Someone would be forced to moved to afternoon delivery to free up the van required

Leeds lowest average attendance over the 3 years they were in league one was 23639 so i don't see where they were playing regularly in front of less than 10000 fans and no im not a Leeds fan.
