RMSPS delays?

I work that out as a commutation rate of aprox 1:23, so for each £1 of pension you give up you'll get a lump sum of £23.

So if you want a lump sum of £20k instead, your pension will be aprox £5,580.

*Figures are ballpark.

Yes, they sent everything out a few days after my post, and I rang them this morning in fact, to make sure everything is in order....and all good...deadline on target.
