No news at all, we have no leverage and shares are going through the roof.

Talks resume Monday , a 2 year pay deal is now on the table , negotiators spent the last 4 days in the talks.
Today the officers are taking through the issues in the talks to the Postal Executive and Field officials.
Better to do the right deal than a quick deal.

No disrespect but this original dispute wasn't about pay, it was about them honoring a legally binding four pillars agreement. If the vaccine does arrive we will be back behind the 8 ball again.
Its taken over a year and a half this negotiation, to get to maybe/sort of having a deal.

I think a 2 year pay deal is predictable given we are 9 months into the financial year 20/21.
Royal Mail offered a 3 year deal from 1st April 2020 to the 31st March 2023 of 6%. Terry Pullinger stated this was a poor pay offer.

This 2 year pay deal that is apparently now on the table better be above the 4.75% 2 year pay deal that Yodel and their unions have just agreed ......... alot of gravy trains might be coming to the end of their journeys.
I am well passed the point of no return with Pullinger et al.

A few questions to Martin Walsh
How do we find out how much Ward, Pullinger and other members of the postal executive were paid in the year upto April 2020?
Have they received a pay rise this year?
Why is this information not on the union website?
Our subs pay their wages and as such we have a right to know how much we, the membership, are paying them.
