You're right. Working our tits off. Parcels gone ballistic, dtd back to pre covid, letters plenty enough. Firms that half the staff have worked from home, but have had a 1k covid bonus and some about to give further 1k covid bonus and we still haven't even had a pay rise this year.

Well we were promised an update this week so maybe something tomorrow or Friday? Wouldn’t hold my breath though, wouldn’t surprise me if the union continue this disappearing act until the new year. Get Christmas out the way then announce the pile of s**t deal they have “negotiated”
