The NRA60 relates to pension accrued up to 31st March 2010 and the NRA65 from that date to 31st March 2018. You will presumably also have the DBCBS which will provide a lump sum predominantly attached to your NRA65 benefits.
But to answer your question, yes you add the NRA60 & NRA65 figures together to get the total.
The supplement will only be paid if you leave RM and until state pension age.

You should of had your annual statements fairly recently and as long as you've been employed by RM sometime after 1st April 2018, the DBCBS will be on the RMPP statement.
