I’m confused Martin, so we’ll have, dsa mail, economy mail and 1st and 2nd class plus d2d. It is part of Royal Mail’s strategy of warm calling ie only going to deliver D2D on the basis of having Mail for that addresss.

Maybe economy mail will be cheaper than DSA and we'll get a load of that work back.
