We deserve a pay rise of at least 1.5% back dated from April. A new covid19 payment of £100 and a xmas bonus of £100 as well.

Man you guys need to toughen up in terms of talking to management
I simply go in, have a look and pretty much know i can't get it all out
Bag up whatever, load parcels up, walk round with a lwt, take half hour break, go home

more fool you if you're carrying this all on your head rushing around,
it's miles easier than pulling cages around, loading big stacks of beers etc, bending down and up lifting heavy stuff

The amount of times we finish early easily goes over whatever a 10% rise would be in terms of hours worked = pay
utter rubbish I worked for Asda for 4 years and Christmas in goods in department and yes it was crazy but nowhere near as physical demanding as we have it. I don’t know about you but I’m walking about23-25 thousand steps a day and my body aches like mad! It takes between 5 and 6 hours a day on delivery plus I’m in office for 2-5 and 3 hours a day and this is physically much harder, and will only have 20-25 min break a day

wow, you take a break?
Wow you ONLY take half your break!

We get a bonus every year anyway and we got one during the lockdown. My experience , is that i have to mop up whatever the LAZY people won't do . How can you can ask for more money and do the same amount of work? You don't need a business degree to work that out !

Management got a 2.7% pay rise this year, do you not think that we should be offered the same?

I've worked in Tescos before, and can safely say, you're absolutely mad.

Retail was some of the easiest, boring, non-work I've ever experienced in my life. And yes I experienced Christmas.

Royal Mail this last 6 months has been brutal. I'm not even joking, a shift at Royal Mail is equivalent to about 3 retail shifts.
