I agree...I've had a recent quote to take my pension at 55 and a week later I was contacted saying there was an error. They have reduced my pension by £1500 per year.The errors being made are unacceptable. You would think in the six months after the year end they would have done all the due diligence checks before sending out statements.

I agree it’s a been a real mess this year.

Has the reduction in pension changed your lump totals as well?

Oddly the LS amounts have gone UP by a few £k. How?

All very strange, makes it difficult to plan.

Are you able to tell us what the commutation rates are for the NRA 60 and 65 lump sums? I’ve seen rates vary between 18-24.
