Thanks Stephen for working all that out for me.
So does that mean my pension total would be £7852 + CDC £3750 = £11602. Very roughly I know.
Max Lump sums £60477 + £11250 = £71727
I know this is all very roughly because of CDC not confirmed yet.

CDC (proposed scheme) £3375 (with 10% reduction for taking at 65) (This pension may happen and the proposal is 1/80) this can go down in payment. But it will not be zero!
Total pensions £11227
Lump sums incl DBCBS £60477
CDC Lump sum (proposed) £10125 (3/80) If meets proposed target.
Total Lump sums £70572
Remember these are my best guesses using my pension as a base and using ratios. But I don't think it will be far out.

Btw if you have AVCs then for the RMSPS you will have more than 3 options.

If your AVC's plus the DBCBS equal 25% or less of your pot value, then they should be tax free.
