i totally agree , i think it maybe time to save £3.60 a week and f**k it :wave , and theres talk of a few more going the same way in our office , enough is enough .

This is exactly why i stopped paying, its a waste of money that you get nothing back from. It's like paying for sky sports and not getting any sport.

Also left the union a few weeks back. As a part timer I wasn’t represented for last 10 years I was paying into them anyway. The way they have dealt with these “negotiations” was the final straw. f**k ward and pullinger and their disgustingly high salaries.

Trouble is if too many people leave the union then RM might de-recognise the CWU and then there's the risk of before we know it all being on minimum wage, no allowances, no paid breaks and perhaps even no guaranteed hours and for DO staff no option of cutting off

the company have already blanked the cwu anyway so whats the difference ? , look at what they have done with no action from them ? a signed joint agreement for some of the dispute sorted by July but didnt say what year , they got all the trials they wanted and agreed by the cwu  , deliverys failing everyday anyway in orrifices but yet they agreed to collections  , the company just bypassed them to van share and it was left to the staff to not do it  , and they are still trying to bring in unagreed changes in delivery offices and left it down to the office reps to sort it and it will end up like the other 600 disagreements that where swept under the carpet , and again still done f**k all for the members .

Well this has gone beyond a joke now. Worked 7 months through a pandemic, no social distancing in offices, busy as hell, failing deliveries, b&h continues, no pay rise for us but managers got one, four pillars out the window, ballot expired, agreed to collections from doorsteps as xmas approaches, and yet another week passes with no update. Disgraceful and completely out of touch. #TerryOut

Don't seem to be too many in our office that want to take a paid break now.

If i remember correctly that Terry said the talks will be done by the end of July and also have revisions . How can you have a revision when we have a pandemic and also can't get round .

Maybe Terry and Dave know something and with Christmas around the corner its not the right time to be announced.
Yes, they will want you to work your arse off , risk catching COVID , then after Christmas Royal Mail announce 20,000 compulsory redundancies via Facebook.
Hopefully ,I’m wrong but won’t be surprised .
