Just got statement -NRA 60 has dropped?

If the first 2 years of the CSDB scheme (2008-2010)is NRA60 has this been added to the Final Salary NRA60 ?If so why ?
If not why is it not separated from the NRA65 (2010-2012) ?

I haven't received the RMPP statement and it doesn't appear as though anybody else on here has either. I think it was probably a bit too much to expect that both statements would be mailed out at roughly the same time but I'm surprised that Capita appear more on the ball than Royal Mail.

The longer the gap between the 2 statements the more work both centres will have, as they will be getting questions about the numbers. I would imagine they are extremely busy with people ringing up or emailing.

You would have thought they would have planned for both statements to arrive at the more or less the same time, but clearly they were not able to do that.

Exactly. I bet quite a few posties will have rung Capita asking why their overall pensions have gone down when comparing it to last years single statement figures.

Personally I don't understand as my figures from the statement are pretty spot on and almost exactly mirror what I will be getting in November.

Just got my RMPP statement, (deferred member just straight section c info)

Added together both statements for respective sections as compared to last year.

NRA 60 up £60
NRA 65 down £200

Broken down the NRa60 increases went up by 1.7% but the basic annual pension was down by 1%??

As for NRA65 increases up 28%, but basic pension down 15%

Pension supplements have not changed on either pension.

The whole things looks a total mess, i am not convinced the 2 pension centres and sense checking the figures before sending out.

Anyone else getting lower figures than last year?

Well just got a reply from the RMPP about my figures looking wrong on this year’s statement.

As I thought, they were wrong and they have sent a new set of revised upwards figures, to be fair they replied quickly.

I am a deferred member and my pension is now exactly 1.7% above last years figure in line with Septembers cpi rate.

The figures that changed were the original annual pension for both nra60 and 65. (increases, supplement etc no change)

My thoughts are that looking through the posts on here, I cannot be the only one with incorrect figures, so hopefully some of you will get revised statements.

Hope the above is of some use to you all.

How can you tell the NRA differences as we haven't had NRA statements for years? Is the combination of all payments any different?

I’ve got both statements through and after adding both together to compare to last years estimate mine has also gone down..I’m also a section C deferred member and it’s showing I’m worse off so agree there is something wrong with the calculations..Did you call them or have an email address can I ask ..For me the estimates say that I’ll
Now be hundreds of pounds worse off...Thanks

So I emailed them asking to check my forecast and low and behold they say that they found an error in my CV and have corrected which fits with me getting a 1.7% increase as I thought rather than a decrease

Makes you wonder how many others have been issued incorrect forecasts though and if you don’t highlight the error then when it comes to receiving your pension, would you be short changed?

I agree...I've had a recent quote to take my pension at 55 and a week later I was contacted saying there was an error. They have reduced my pension by £1500 per year. The errors being made are unacceptable. You would think in the six months after the year end they would have done all the due diligence checks before sending out statements.

Oddly the LS amounts have gone UP by a few £k. How?
