hi ive been a do postie/driver 18 years and have just lost driving nights which have moved to a mail centre i have just read a few posts on here and the one from royalmailsteve saying can we realy have a strike, i also have 3 kids and a mortgage as im sure many others do but the question is do we want to be shafted time after time i dont, wages are well below the uk average and comparing our wage to dhl and tnt saying we are over paid is disgusting ,my paper lad gets a tenner a week so maybe we should compare his wage with us, thats why we have staff on benefits and others doing 30 hours a week overtime and when you go to get a mortgage see how much the bank will lend us big earners then see what you can get ,its so easy to sit in their big offices working 2 0r 3 days a week having big meetings when you have never done the job mr leighton is a smart man who makes his money then leaves and he will shaft us any chance he can get and lets not forget mr FA Crozier how much will they earn between them plus any bonus alot more that 250 take home pay im sure, how can people who earn that sort of money comment on our wages
