During this week I had parcel that was to big for my letterbox so i went online and wanted a redelivered for today (saturday) so i was up early 8.30ish but my parcel hasnt come yet its now 13.35 and i am a bit worried and I understand it christmas pressure so I rang the 08457 number and it the automated service cant get any help there as I need to spek to someone so i rang where I live the main customer services line I expalin they cant help me I have to ring another number as my parcel hasnt been delivered, so i ring them expalin and they put the phone down on me. i thought have I been put though or something line goes dead, so I ring back and tell them the story they say the office is closed now to speak to anyone and the manager isnt in give me your details and he will ring you on Monday and help you to find it though track and trace but i have only a ref number nothing else and will the managers call you back are they pretty reliable?

Unfortunatly this is the way RM is going, no longer a public service, but a business, from my experience do not rely on the manager to ring you back, you may have to make many calls to chase it down, Fortunatly though the staff still see it as a service and will im sure get that packet to you soon!!!

A more focused reply might help.
It can be difficult to get replies/response at weekends although customer services is actually better than it used to be. Unfortunately with xmas pressure and it being Saturday afternoon, you're unlikely to get any solid info until Monday, by which time your parcel will probably arrive anyway. Hope that helps

The next solid info she will get will be when a postie delivers it to her door, did you not read lovings post? management and customer services were hanging up, if thats an improvement of service it must have been really bad before!!Night Tonic wrote:A more focused reply might help.

Night tonic why is it difficult to get replies/responses at weekends, because theres not enough staff, why? Staff cost money, but when your sole buisness aim is profit, money is not a thing to be wasting on staff!!!weetrogg wrote:The next solid info she will get will be when a postie delivers it to her door, did you not read lovings post? management and customer services were hanging up, if thats an improvement of service it must have been really bad before!!Night Tonic wrote:A more focused reply might help.
