The questions asked are not even relating.

I had to make a duplicate purchase because I bought SE postage via the old site and not via Click & Drop. Doing it the old way means the labels do not show. So I made a second purchase via Click & Drop. The package had reached its destination and so, now I have to be refunded for that 1st purchase I made.

Would it be better to file a dispute with PayPal if I explain to them the circumstances? Will that work?

Not sure what you mean by this
I bought SE postage via the old site
But I found a RM page that may help, or hopefully point you in the right direction. https://parcel.royalmail.com/help/help- ... elpRefunds" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Ah yes. Special Delivery. They introduced Click & Drop years ago.(??) I used to buy postage via RM before Click & Drop came along. It looks like separate URLs are being used and that's why I say old site?

https://www.royalmail.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (1st attempt - location I bought postage from - no label to be found)
https://www3.royalmail.com/track-your-i ... g-results/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
https://parcel.royalmail.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (2nd attempt - duplicated purchase to obtain label in PDF format)
(shrugs)

Dear Mr. Linderman

I know you are frustrated and you want your refund.

But.

My feet are burning after walking 10 miles today delivering about 25 kilograms of letters and about 200 small parcels plus about 100 oversized parcels.

From my limited spare time I have answered your question to the best of my knowledge, same as TrueBlueTerrier because we want to help you and others.

We are all volunteers.

This forum is not a Royal Mail property, it`s a forum made by posties for posties.

We would like if you would show us some respect and stop coming at us with your anger and frustration.

It`s not our fault your internet had a glitch and you couldn`t print your label.

Thanks.
