However the SWW was part of the dispute & an increase in the hourly rate for all.
If we don't get a reduction in the working week we are sell us all short with the increase of automation and thus larger delivery spans in the coming years we will be at the doctors more than at work.

What did the union get in return for wiping out 600 local disagreements ?

Nothing

we must be owed a weeks leave now with the hour off the working week !!
