Ill health retirement

I have a long standing health issue which I am awaiting a third operation has i.h.r. changed as I heard recently that it had gone down to 3 months pay.Do you still get pension enhancements.Also I already have my n.r.a.60 do I have to keep it open not apply for it till after any ill health retirement.

Have you heard anymore about your IHR and the amount you might get? I could be getting an IHR and am trying to find out about it.
