R ok so what's the alternative to actually working with the employer (you know the people actually paying your wages) to find common ground and ultimately move forward after 2 years of fighting? Oh yes we can all stand outside with our banners and light the braziersGeneral Mannerheim wrote:Hurrah!

haven't you seen what's going on outside the royal mail bubble the millions of people who no longer have a job will gladly walk past you and your banner 
especially when they see the working terms and conditions you will be giving them in their new job! But you can always go and work for Amazon or Hermes
